Baruni Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are set in place for Australian customers purchasing Baruni Couture Trading LLC fashion items. These terms and conditions cover all orders placed within Australia, with the Australian agent/distributor, either by email or by phone.
DISCLAIMER
Every effort will be made to ensure that all the information about any product featured on fantastic.com.au website (home of the Australian arm of Baruni) is accurate, but we can’t absolutely guarantee it. Any changes in stock availability will be communicated to the Australian agent/distributor and passed onto the customer in Australia. The customer can then change their mind or if the communication comes after the order has been dispatched from the UAE, then the Australian Agent/Distributor will let you know as soon as possible, and the customer can exchange or return them in accordance with the Returns Policy (see below).
The information on the Site is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. It is for information purposes only and Baruni Couture Trading LLC does not hold itself out as providing any advice or recommendation of whatsoever nature.
All products are subject to availability. We may not always be able to accept an order, for example if we are out of stock, or if we have reason to believe that there may be a problem with processing the payment for the order. If this is the case, we will contact our Australian agent/distributor and she will contact you (by post, phone or email) to let you know as soon as possible.
If for whatever reason we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered, we will reimburse the 30%payment you have made for the goods in full within a 21 day period. This will be no later than 21 days of having originally accepted your order.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The price for the goods will be as specified on the Australian wholesale website for Baruni Couture Trading LLC which can be found at fantastic.com.au. The price includes GST at the current rate in Australia where applicable.
Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the Australian agent/distributor
All customers are required to send a cheque for payment of proforma and it will be made out to Monique Drinkwater (Australian agent/distributor). Or an electronic transfer, for all banking details please refer to the How to Order page on fantasic.com.au or contact the Australian agent via email at monidangerous@gmail.com.
All cheques are to be posted to Po Box 201 Kuranda Queensland 4881. For security reasons, all cheques and electronic proforma payments must clear before the Australian order will be dispatched to UAE.
A proforma invoice of 30% will be expected upon placement of order, the outstanding invoice will be expected within 21 days of delivery. There is a minimum order of $500 per sale, sales will only be made to shops and boutiques, no individual sales are available from this site. There is a minimum order of 4 items per code in any size range. A list of stockists will be on fantastic.com.au as they become available. All customer accounts will be reviewed on a regular basis,.
SECURITY
For your security, none of your personal or card details are held on the website. An order form is generated which allows only payment by cheque or by electronic transfer. Credit card payments may be installed on the order form over the next 12 months.
RETURNS
With our products, we are happy to exchange for another product or provide a full refund as required, if, when you receive your order you decide you do not want it. You must contact your agent in your country within 7 days of receipt and then return the item in perfect condition with the original packaging and labels in place, within 21 days from the date of purchase. A crdit note will be offered and outstanding invoice adjusted in the 21 day time period.
When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage/delivery, as we accept no responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
You must contact us within 3 days of receipt, if items are damaged or defective on arrival. Goods which have been damaged in transit can be replaced at no cost with free delivery. All goods will be looked over by Australian agent on there arrival into the country then despatched to customer in perfect condition. If the order is over $10′000 the order will be despatched direct to the customers address after customs have cleared the package.
PRIVACY
We follow strict security procedures, as required by the Australian Data Protection Legislation regarding the storage and disclosure of any information given by you. Under these guidelines we offer our assurance of total confidentiality and promise that your details will not be disclosed to any to other companies.
