How to Order Pygmees & Turbowear:
To become a stockist of Pygmees or Turbowear fashion please drop me a line at monidangerous@gmail.com and ask me for the password to the wholesale and order form section of this website.
There is a 30% up front proforma required with each order. The proforma secures your production in Bali and helps us to keep running costs down and savings in your pockets, not to mention a well tailored and affordable product available to your store in season. The proforma is paid directly to the Balinese production team, they use the deposit to buy material in proportion to the order placed. We also ask the customer to order 4 in any size in one colour way, this also keeps cutting room waste to a minimum. The proforma allows Pygmees to produce only what has been orderd, so the label is not left with orders and excess stock, again keeping costs low so the savings stay with the customer.
The proforma can be paid by electronic transfer into our bendigo bank account, details will be on your deposit invoice or final tax invoice or you can now pay by using Pay Pal here on this site in this seciton.
Pygmees seasonal collections are showcased at both Sydney and Melbourns Fashion Exposed each year. Orders can be placed at the event or here on our wholesale online section.
The lead times are 3 to 3.5 months on the main seasonal orders, and 2 to 2.5 months on the indent orders on each seasons collection.

| The following terms and conditions are set in place for Australian retail customers purchasing PYGMEES clothing. These terms and conditions cover all orders placed within Australia, with the Australian agent/distributor, either by email or by phone. |
| Sales Contract: |
| In this agreement you shall be know as “The Retailer”, and Monique Drinkwater shall be known as “The Agent”. |
| Minimum order: |
| There stands a minimum order of $500 for retail purchasers, unless pre arranged between agent and retailer. |
| Product Shipment |
| Pygmees clothing is designed by our French designer while being manufactured in Bali. Two collections are released per year. Spring/Summer that arrives to your store around July/August each year and Autumn/Winter that will arrive around February/March each year. Each collection is showcased at the both annual Fashion Exposed Events in Australia. |
| Policy on Refunds, Returns and Credit Notes |
| 1. Any discrepancies with received product must be reported within 7 days of receipt with no exceptions. After 7 days there will be a cancellation penalty of %50 of total order charged to The Retailer. After 15 days %100 of the total of order will be charged to The Retailer. |
| 2. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon arrival of delivery. |
| 3. Returns will only be accepted for products that are faulty as a result of manufacturing error and no credit will be given for products that are shop soiled. |
| 4. Any stock in perfect condition, with tags, labels and packaging in place, can be returned to the agent within 7 days, at the customer’s expense for a full credit per item |
| 5. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage/delivery, as we accept no responsibility for parcels lost in transit. |
| 6. Returns will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Agent. If a product cannot be repaired or replaced a credit will then be issued to The Retailers account. |
| 7. Customers will contact the agent to obtain a return authorization number before mailing the damaged, faulty or returned on credit items back. |
| 8. All clothing will be looked over by the agent on the arrival of parcel in to Australia, and then orders will be dispatched to The Retailer in perfect condition. |
| 9. There is a minimum order of 4 items per colour and code in any size range. |
| Payment Policy |
| A 30% deposit of total order will be expected upon placement of order. |
| All credit notes and refunds will be finalised and dispatched with in the 21 days of outstanding invoice. |
| All retailers will be given a 21day account on invoice, from date of dispatch of items from Agent to The Retailer. |
| If for whatever reason we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered, we will reimburse the 30% payment made on goods within 21 days. |

| The account must be paid in full by the end of the 21 days or a daily calculated penalty of $5 dollars a day will be added to invoice. |
| Copy Right |
| Pygmees clothing Pty Ltd holds copyrights for all material designed and produced. No goods or design may be copied or reproduced for any purpose. |
| Changes |
| The Agent reserves the right to change and update Terms and Conditions of sale al changes will be made clear to The Retailer within 30 days of changes implemented. |
| DISCLAIMER |
| Every effort will be made to ensure that all the information about any product featured on fantastic.com.au website (home of the Australian arm of Pygmees) is accurate, but we can’t absolutely guarantee it. Any changes in stock availability will be communicated to the Australian agent/distributor and passed onto the customer in Australia. |
| The customer can then change their mind or if the communication comes after the order has been dispatched from Bali, the Australian Agent/Distributor will let you know as soon as possible, and the customer can exchange or return them in accordance with the Returns Policy. |

| We follow strict security procedures, as required by the Australian Data Protection Legislation regarding the storage, and disclosure of any information given by you. Under these guidelines we offer our assurance of total confidentiality and promise that your details will not be disclosed to any to other companies. |
